Insurance Contracts Law No. 11 of 2026
Article text
أ- على المؤمن له أو المؤمن عليه أو المستفيد، حسب مقتضى الحال، تبليغ المؤمن بتحقق
الخطر المؤمن منه وتزويده بالمستندات خلال المدة المتفق عليها في عقد التأمين.
ب- لا يترتب على الإخلال بأحكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة سقوط حق المؤمن له أو المؤمن
عليه أو المستفيد في التعويض بمقتضى عقد التأمين.
ج - إذا لحق بالمؤمن ضرر نتيجة الإخلال بأحكام الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة، فله المطالبة بتعويض
يتناسب مع الضرر اللاحق به.
