Article text
أ - لمالك الأموال مصلحة تأمينية في التأمين على ما يملكه من أموال وإن ترتب للغير حق عيني
أو شخصي عليها.
ب- لصاحب الحق العيني أو الشخصي مصلحة تأمينية في التأمين على الشيء أو المال الذي
تعلق به ذلك الحق.
