إذا دفع المؤمن في عقود التأمين على الحياة أو في عقود تأمين الحوادث الشخصية المبلغ
المستحق بموجب عقد التأمين فليس له حق الحلول محل المؤمن له أو المستفيد في حقوقه
تجاه المسؤول أو المتسبب بالضرر.
