Insurance Contracts Law No. 11 of 2026
Article text
أ - يجوز الاتفاق على إعفاء المؤمّن من التزامه، إذا أقر المؤمن له بمسؤوليته أو دفع تعويضا
للمتضرر دون موافقة المؤمن.
ب- لا يجوز التمسك بالاتفاق المنصوص عليه في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة إذا كان إقرار المؤمن
له مقتصرا على وقائع مادية أو ثبت أن دفع التعويض أو المصالحة كان لمصلحة المؤمن.
