Article text
أ- يجوز أن يكون محل التأمين البحري ما يلي: -
1 - السفينة وملحقاتها وأجهزتها ، والسفينة التي لا تزال في طور الإنشاء أو أثناء نقلها أو ترميمها
. أو إقامتها في الأحواض أو أثناء تجربتها
2 - الحمولة والبضائع وأي ممتلكات أخرى موجودة في السفينة والأرباح المتوقعة منها.
3 . - أجرة السفينة والركاب والعمولة وأي دخل يتأتى من تشغيل السفينة
4 . - المسؤولية المدنية التي يحتمل وقوعها وتكون ناشئة عن الرحلة البحرية
ب- يجب أن يحدد المحل في عقد التأمين بشكل واضح وواف ويتم تفسير العبارات العامة
لمصلحة المؤمن له.
