Article text
أ- يلتزم معيد التأمين بتعويض المؤمّن عن الأخطار التي التزم المؤمن بالتأمين عليها ابتداء،
شريطة أن تخضع الأخطار المغطاة لشروط وأحكام عقد إعادة التأمين.
ب- يلتزم معيد التأمين بالتسويات التي يقوم بها المؤمّن على سبيل المجاملة، إذا تم النص
على ذلك صراحة في عقد إعادة التأمين.
ج- يلتزم معيد التأمين بتسديد جميع حقوق شركة التأمين تحت التصفية فور صدور قرار
بتصفيتها.
