مع مراعاة الاحكام الخاصة بعقود التأمين البري والجوي والسككي، تطبق أحكام عقود التأمين
البحري المنصوص عليها في هذا القانون على عقود التأمين البري والجوي والسككي الى
المدى الذي لا تتعارض فيه مع أحكام تلك العقود.
