.أ- يلتزم صاحب العمل بتزويد المؤسسة العامة للضمان الاجتماعي بالبيانات المنصوص عليها
( في المادة 5 ) من هذا النظام
ب- يتم شمول العاملين بأي شكل من أشكال العمل المرن المنصوص عليه في هذا النظام
بأحكام قانون الضمان الاجتماعي بموجب الأنظمة والتعليمات المعمول بها لدى المؤسسة
العامة للضمان الاجتماعي.
