Article text
يلتزم صاحب العمل الذي يطبق العمل المرن في مؤسسته بما يلي:-
أ- توفير جميع ما يلزم العامل من معدات وأدوات وأنظمة وبرامج ووسائل إلكترونية لتأدية عمله.
ب- عدم التمييز بين العاملين عملاً مرناً والعاملين عملاً غير مرن .
ج- ضمان خصوصية العاملين في استخدامهم لأجهزة الحاسوب أو الوسائل الإلكترونية أثناء
تأدية عملهم .
د- تحديد آلية لتقييم العاملين .
هـ- تحديد آلية الإشراف والتوجيه للعاملين.
و- توفير الترتيبات التيسيرية وإمكانية الوصول للأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.
