تلتزم شركات التأمين بتبادل المعلومات الخاصة بعقود التأمين لديها لغايات الحد من ارتكاب
أي مخالفة لأحكام هذا القانون والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه والتشريعات الأخرى ذات
العلاقة بما في ذلك منع الحصول على منافع غير محقة وذلك فيما بين شركات التأمين والبنك
المركزي وأي جهات أخرى وفق تعليمات تصدر لهذه الغاية.
