لا يجوز لأي جهة خاضعة لرقابة البنك المركزي وفقاً لأحكام هذا القانون والتعليمات الصادرة
بمقتضاه أن ترتبط بعقد عمل مع أي شخص كان موظفاً في البنك المركزي خلال مدة سنتين
من تاريخ انتهاء خدمته فيه إلا بعد الحصول على موافقة خطية مسبقة من البنك المركزي.
