Article text
للمجلـس أن يصدر قرارا بإلغاء ترخيص شركة التأمين في أي من الحالات التالية:-
أ- إذا منح الترخيص بناء على معلومات غير صحيحة أو مضللة وردت في طلب الترخيص أو
الوثائق المرفقة به.
ب- إذا لم تبدأ شركة التأمين بممارسة أعمالها خلال اثني عشر شهرا من تاريخ حصولها على
الترخيص.
ج- إذا قدمت شركة التأمين طلبا لإلغاء ترخيصها.
د- إذا تم إلغاء ترخيص شركة تأمين أخرى لها مصلحة مؤثرة في شركة التأمين وكانت لهذا
الإلغاء انعكاسات سلبية على شركة التأمين وفقاً لأسباب مبررة يحددها البنك المركزي في قرار
الإلغاء.
