إذا قدم رئيس وأعضاء مجلس إدارة شركة التأمين استقالتهم أو إذا فقد مجلس إدارة الشركة
نصابه القانوني لأي سبب كان، يقوم المجلس بتشكيل لجنة مؤقتة من ذوي الخبرة
والاختصاص، لتتولى إدارة شركة التأمين ودعوة هيئتها العامة إلى الاجتماع لانتخاب مجلس إدارة
جديد خلال مدة لا تزيد على تسعين يوماً من تاريخ تشكيلها، قابلة للتجديد لمدة مماثلة ولمرة
واحدة بقرار من المجلس، وتتحمل شركة التأمين أتعاب اللجنة المؤقتة التي يحددها المجلس.
