تسري أحكام هذا القانون على شركات التأمين وشركات إعادة التأمين ومقدمي الخدمات
التأمينية وجميع الجهات والوسائل المتصلة لتنظيم قطاع التأمين والرقابة عليه بما يضمن
حقوق المؤمن لهم والمستفيدين وسلامة المراكز المالية لشركات التأمين وشركات إعادة
التأمين.
