إذا تعرضت شركة التأمين لأوضاع إدارية غير سليمة أو اشكالات ذات أثر جوهري في مركزها
المالي أو في حقوق المؤمن لهم أو المستفيدين، فعلى رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة التأمين أو أي
عضو فيه أو مديرها العام إعلام البنك المركزي فورا، وذلك تحت طائلة المسؤولية في حال عدم
التبليغ عن ذلك.
