Insurance Business Regulation Law No. 12 of 2021
Article text
أ- لا يجوز لأي شخص ممارسة أعمال التأمين وأعمال الخدمات التأمينية إلا بعد حصوله على
الترخيص اللازم وفق أحكام هذا القانون.
ب- يحظر على أي شخص غير حاصـل على ترخيص وفق أحكام هذا القانون ممارسة أعمال
التأمين أو أي من الخدمات التأمينية أن يستعمل في أوراقه ووثائقه ودعاياته أي كلمة أو عبارة
بأي لغة تدل على ممارسة أي من تلك الأعمال أو الخدمات.
