لمقاصد تطبيق أحكام التصفية، يعتبر الشخص مرتبطا بشركة التأمين في أي من الحالتين
التاليتين:-
أ- إذا كان الشخص مساهماً رئيسياً أو له مصلحة مؤثرة فيها أو عضوا في مجلس إدارة شركة
التأمين أو موظفا فيها أو له مصلحة عمل مشتركة مع أي منهم.
ب- إذا كان زوجا لأي من الأشخاص المشار إليهم في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة أو قريبا لأي منهم
أو لزوجه حتى الدرجة الثالثة أو كانت له مصلحة عمل مشتركة مع أي منهم.
