Article text
أ- تختص محكمة بداية عمان بالنظر في الدعاوى الحقوقية المقامة ضد شركة التأمين تحت
التصفية جميعها ، وتحال إليها جميع الدعاوى المرفوعة ضدها والمنظورة أمام المحاكم بتاريخ
صدور قرار التصفية.
ب- لكل ذي مصلحة الطعن في قرارات المصفي وإجراءاته أمام محكمة بداية عمان خلال ثلاثين
يوما من اليوم التالي لتاريخ تبليغه القرار أو خلال الستين يوما التالية لتاريخ نشره في صحيفتين
يوميتين محليتين الأوسع انتشاراً أيهما أقصر.
