Article text
أ- تقـدم شركة التأمين الأجنبية طلب الترخيص للمجلس لفتح فرع لها في المملكة على أن
تتوافر فيها الشروط التالية:-
1 - أن تكون مرخصة لممارسة نوع التأمين ذاته في بلد مركزها الرئيسي.
2 . - أن تتمتع بسمعة وملاءة مالية جيدة
3 - أن تكون حاصلة من الجهة المختصة في بلد مركزها الرئيسي على موافقة لممارسة أعمال
. التأمين في المملكة
ب- يصدر البنك المركزي قراره بطلب ترخيص فرع شركة التأمين الأجنبية وفق الشروط والإجراءات
التي يحددها نظام يصدر لهذه الغاية.
