Article text
أ- يستوفي البنك المركزي الرسوم التالية:-
1 ( - رسم سنوي على شركة التأمين وشركة إعادة التأمين بنسبة لا تتجاوز 4 , 5 ) في الألف من
. إجمالي الأقساط المكتتبة، وفقا لآلية الاحتساب التي يحددها البنك المركزي لهذه الغاية
2 - رسم سنوي مبلغاً مقطوعاً يستوفى من الجهات الخاضعة لرقابة البنك المركزي وفق أحكام
. هذا القانون من غير شركات التأمين
3 - رسم طلب الترخيص.
4 . - رسم منح الترخيص
5 . - رسم الموافقة على فتح فرع
6 - رسم ترخيص شركة التأمين الأجنبية وشركات مقدمي الخدمات التأمينية الأجنبية غير العاملة
.( في المملكة )شركات المقر ومكاتب التمثيل
ب- يحدد مقدار كل من هذه الرسوم بموجب نظام يصدر لهذه الغاية.
ج- يحدد بتعليمات بدل الخدمات التي يقدمها البنك المركزي لغايات تنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون
والأنظمة والتعليمات الصادرة بمقتضاه.
