تعطى القضايا المرتكبة خلافاً لأحكام هذا القانون صفة الاستعجال وتعقد جلساتها مرة واحدة
على الأقل في الأسبوع وعلى أن يفصل فيها خلال مدة لا تزيد على ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ ورودها
لقلم المحكمة.
