- تضاف الضريبة الى سعر السلع او الخدمات بما في ذلك السلع والخدمات المسعرة جبريا
والمحددة الربح.
ويشترط في ذلك ان يعدل حكما السعر المتعاقد عليه لأي سلعة او خدمة بحيث يصبح شاملا
للسعر مضافا اليه الضريبة المحدثة
على السعر او الخدمة وملزما لطرفي العقد في القطاعين العام والخاص اعتبارا من تاريخ سريان
الضريبة شريطة ان يتم ذلك
بالتقاص مع ضريبة الاستهلاك ان كانت قائمة.
