Article text
يعفى من الضريبة:-
( 1 ) مشتريات ومستوردات جلالة الملك من السلع والخدمات.
( 2 ) السلع والخدمات التي تستوردها أو تشتريها محلياً السفارات والمفوضيات والقنصليات غير
الفخرية
لاستعمالها الخاص وفقاً لتوصيات وزير الخارجية وشريطة المعاملة بالمثل.
( 3 ) السلع والخدمات التي يستوردها أو يشتريها محلياً أعضاء السلكين الدبلوماسي والقنصلي
المعتمدين لدى
المملكة شريطة أن يكونوا غير أردنيين وغير فخريين وفقا لتوصيات وزير الخارجية وشريطة
المعاملة بالمثل.
( 4 ) السلع والخدمات التي تستوردها أو تشتريها محليا المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية العاملة في
المملكة
وموظفوها غير الأردنيين الذين يتمتعون بالصفة الدبلوماسية.
( ب- يتم تحديد وتنظيم حجم السلع والخدمات المعفاة المنصوص عليها في البنود 2 ) ( و 3 ) و
( 4 ) من الفقرة
. (أ) من هذه المادة بقرار من الوزير بالاتفاق مع وزير الخارجية
