يتم ضمان دفع الضريبة المستحقة على السلع التي يوافق مدير عام الجمارك على إدخالها
إدخالا مؤقتاً بموجب كفالة بنكية
أو بأي ضمانات أخرى يقبلها إلى حين زوال صفة الإدخال المؤقت وذلك وفق الشروط والإجراءات
التي تحددها التعليمات التنفيذية.
