أ- للمدير ولأسباب مبررة تقسيط المبلغ المستحق على المكلف وفق الشروط والاجراءات التي
تحددها التعليمات التنفيذية .
( ب- يلزم المكلف بدفع مبلغ اضافي على المبلغ المقسط بنسبة 9 ) سنويا. %
