أ - تفرض بمقتضى هذا القانون ضريبة عامة على استيراد أي سلعة أو خدمة او توريد أي منهما
( بنسبة 16 ) من قيمة هذه السلعة أو بدل هذه الخدمة . %
( ب- مع مرعاة احكام المادة 3 ) ( من هذا القانون تخضع السلع والخدمات المدرجة في الجدول رقم 1 ) الملحق
بهذا القانون لضريبة خاصة يحدد مقدارها ونسبتها وفئتها بمقتضى نظام يصدر لهذه الغاية.
