يجوز للمكلف المثول بشخصه امام المحكمة وتوقيع اللوائح والاستدعاءات المقدمة اليها اذا
كان قاضياً عاملاً او سابقاً او محامياً مزاولاً او غير
مزاول وغيرهم من الاشخاص المعفيين من التدريب بموجب قانون نقابة المحامين النظاميين .
