أ-تتولى دائرة الجمارك تحصيل الضريبة عن السلع والخدمات المستوردة وتوريدها للخزينة .
ب-اذا قامت دائرة الجمارك بضبط أي مخالفة او جرم خلافاً لاحكام هذا القانون فيتم احالته الى
الدائرة لاتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة بشأنه .
