الفصل الرابع
تأمين إصابات العمل
المادة 24 -
تتكون مصادر تمويل تأمين إصابات العمل مما يلي:-
أ- الاشتراكات الشهرية التي تؤديها المنشأة بنسبة (اثنين بالمائة) من أجور المؤمن عليهم.
ب- الفوائد والغرامات التي تترتب على عدم التقيد بأحكام هذا التأمين.
ج- ريع استثمار الأموال المتأتية من هذه المصادر.
