Article text
( أ- تشمل العناية الطبية المنصوص عليها في الفقرة )أ( من المادة 25 ) من هذا القانون ما
يلي:-
1 - تكاليف المعالجة الطبية والإقامة في المستشفى.
2 - نفقات انتقال المصاب من مكان العمل أو من سكنه إلى المكان الذي يعالج فيه والعودة
. منه
3 - توفير الخدمات والتجهيزات التأهيلية بما في ذلك الأطراف الصناعية التي يقرر المرجع الطبي
نوعها
ومستواها.
ب- تحدد الانظمة الصادرة بمقتضى احكام هذا القانون آليات تنفيذ أحكام هذه المادة.
