أ- يصرف للمؤمن عليها خلال إجازة الأمومة بدل يعادل أجرها وفقاً لآخر اجر خاضع للاقتطاع عند
بدء إجازة
الأمومة.
( ب-تعتبر إجازة الأمومة الممنوحة للمؤمن عليها وفقاً لأحكام المادة 44 ) من هذا القانون مدة
خدمة فعلية لغايات
شمولها بأحكامه، ويخصم من البدل المصروف لها خلال هذه الإجازة اشتراكات تأمين الشيخوخة
والعجز والوفاة
واشتراك تأمين التعطل عن العمل .
