الفصل السادس
تأمين التعطل عن العمل
المادة 48 -
تتكون مصادر تمويل تأمين التعطل عن العمل مما يلي:-
أ- الاشتراكات الشهرية التي تؤديها المنشأة بنسبة (نصف بالمائة) من أجور المؤمن عليهم.
ب-الاشتراكات الشهرية التي تقتطعها المنشأة بنسبة (واحد بالمائة) من اجور المؤمن عليهم.
ج-الفوائد والغرامات التي تترتب على عدم التقيد بأحكام هذا التأمين.
د-أي مساهمة تدفع من خزينة الدولة لتمويل هذا التأمين.
هـ-ريع استثمار الأموال المتأتية من هذه المصادر.
