Article text
أ- يحسب بدل التعطل عن العمل للمؤمن عليه خلال مدة التعطل على أساس النسب المبينة
أدناه من آخر أجر
خاضع للاقتطاع:-
1 (- 75 % ) للشهر الأول.
2 ( - 65 % . ) للشهر الثاني
3 ( - 55 % . ) للشهر الثالث
4 ( - 45 % . ) لكل من الأشهر الرابع والخامس والسادس
- ب 1 - يكون الحد الأعلى لصافي بدل التعطل عن العمل خمسمائة دينار شهريا ويتم ربط هذا
الحد سنوياً بمعدل
( التضخم كما تم تعريفه في المادة 90 ) من هذا القانون.
2 ( -لغايات تنفيذ أحكام البند 1 ) من هذه الفقرة ، يتم احتساب صافي بدل التعطل عن العمل
بعد خصم
( الاشتراكات الواردة في الفقرة )ب( من المادة 52 ) من هذا القانون.
