Article text
أ- يستحق المؤمن عليه بدل التعطل عن العمل لثلاث مرات طيلة مدة شموله بأحكام هذا
القانون.
( ب- مع مراعاة احكام المادة 50 ) من هذا القانون، يصرف بدل التعطل عن العمل لأي من المرتين
اللاحقتين
( للمرة الأولى إذا كان عدد اشتراكات المؤمن عليه في كل منهما لا يقل عن 36 ) اشتراكا لاحقا
لصرف بدل التعطل عن العمل.
