Article text
أ-مع مراعاة أحكام الفقرة (ج) من هذه المادة ، يكون التأمين في المؤسسة إلزامياً للفئات
المنصوص عليها في
( الفقرة ) أ ( من المادة 4 ) من هذا القانون.
ب- لا يجوز تحميل المؤمن عليه أي نسبة من نفقات التأمين باستثناء ما ورد عليه نص خاص في
هذا القانون والأنظمة الصادرة بمقتضاه.
ج-إذا كان أصحاب المنشأة خاضعين لأحكام نظام تأمين تقاعد الزامي بمقتضى أحكام
التشريعات النافذة فيكون
( تأمينهم في المؤسسة اختيارياً وفق أحكام المادة 7 ) من هذا القانون.
