Article text
تشمل خدمات تأمين الشيخوخة والعجز والوفاة ما يلي:-
أ-الرواتب الشهرية وتعويضات الدفعة الواحدة للمؤمن عليهم والمستحقين عنهم.
ب- نفقات الجنازة التي يستحق دفعها في حال وفاة المؤمن عليه خلال خدمته المشمولة
بأحكام هذا القانون
ويحدد المجلس مقدارها ومن تصرف لهم.
