تتولى المؤسسة إدارة هذا الحساب بما في ذلك ما يلي:-
( أ- تحصيل الموارد المالية الواردة في المادة 72 ) من هذا القانون.
ب-استثمار أموال هذا الحساب.
ج- صرف جميع الحقوق التأمينية الواردة في هذا القانون للمؤمن عليهم العاملين في القطاع
العام.
