لا يجوز الحجز على راتب التقاعد أو راتب الاعتلال أو المبالغ المستحقة للمؤمن عليه أو
للمستحقين عنه بمقتضى
أحكام هذا القانون إلا لدين النفقة أو لدين المؤسسة وبما لا يتجاوز ربع تلك الرواتب والمبالغ
وتكون الأولوية في
الحجز لدين النفقة.
