ممارسة المسجل صلاحیتھ الاختیاریة
المادة 39 -
اذا كان المسجل قد خول بمقتضى ھذا القانون او أي نظام صادر بموجبھ صلاحیة اختیاریة او أیة صلاحیة أخرى فلا
یحق لھ
أن یمارس تلك الصلاحیة ضد مصلحة طالب التسجیل او صاحب العلامة التجاریة المسجل دون أن یتیح لذلك الطالب او
صاحب
العلامة المسجل فرصة سماع أقوالھ (اذا كان المسجل قد كلف ذلك وفاقا للاصول وخلال المدة المقررة ).
