كل من یرغب في أن یستقل في استعمال علامة تجاریة لتمییز البضائع التي ھي من انتاجھ او صنعھ او انتخابھ او مما
أصدر
شھادة بھا او البضائع التي یتاجر او التي ینوي الاتجار بھا یمكنھ أن یطلب تسجیل تلك العلامة وفاقاً لأحكام ھذا القانون.
