Article text
أ- يحكم باغلاق أي محل مرخص للتداول بالمواد المخدرة
والمؤثرات العقلية والمستحضرات لأغراض طبية او علمية
او اي محل مرخص لغاية أخرى اغلاقا نهائيا اذا ارتكبت فيه
أي من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في ( المواد 3 ) ( و 4 ) ( و 6 ) من هذا
القانون .
ب- على الوزير الغاء الترخيص الممنوح بمقتضى احكام
هذا القانون اذا ثبت له مخالفة الشخص المرخص لشروط
الترخيص واحكام هذا القانون .
