يصدر مجلس الوزراء الانظمة اللازمة لتنفيذ احكام هذا
القانون بما في ذلك ما يلي:-
أ- انشاء المصحات والعيادات النفسية والاجتماعية
الخاصة بمتعاطي ومدمني المواد المخدرة
والمستحضرات والمؤثرات العقلية وتوفير العلاج النفسي
والاجتماعي لهم واداراتها وتنظيمها .
ب- شروط منح الترخيص لحيازة المواد المخدرة والمؤثرات
العقلية واسس استيرادها وتصديرها والتزامات الجهة
المستوردة والمصدرة والجهة المرخص لها بحيازتها وطرق
مراقبتها.
ج- أسس استيراد السلائف الكيميائية وتصديرها
واستهلاكها وتداولها.
