( أ-مع مراعاة احكام الفقرة )أ( من المادة 49 ) من هذا القانـــون ، إذا تم اصدار أو توزيع مطبوعة
( دورية أو ممارسة عمل من أعمال المؤسسات المنصوص عليها في الفقرة )أ( من المادة 15 ) من
هذا القانون بدون ترخيص فللمدير اغلاق المحل او المؤسسة ومنع صدور المطبوعة الدورية
ومصادرة نسخها حسب مقتضى الحال 0
ب-يعاقب كل من يرتكب أيا من الافعال المنصوص عليها في الفقرة (أ) من هذه المادة بغرامة
لا تقل عن الف دينار ولا تزيد على خمسة الاف دينار.
