للمؤلف وحده الحق في نشر رسائله ، و لكن لا يجوز له او لغيره ممارسة هذا الحق دون اذن مسبق
من المرسل اليه
او ورثته اذا كان من شان نشر تلك الرسائل ان يلحق ضررا بالمرسل اليه.
