يجوز لهيئات الاذاعة والتلفزيون الرسمية ان تعد لبرامجها وبوسائلها الخاصة تسجيلا غير دائم لاي
مصنف يرخص
لها بأن تذيعه او تعرضه على ان تقوم باتلاف جميع نسخ المصنف خلال مدة لاتتجاوز سنة واحدة
من تاريخ اعداد تلك النسخ
الا اذا وافق المؤلف على تمديد هذه المدة ، و يستثنى من ذلك نسخ المصنفات ذات الصفة
الوثائقية وان لا يتم الاحتفاظ
باكثر من نسخة واحدة من كل منها.
