المادة 31 -
تسري مدة الحماية لمدة خمسين سنه تبدأ من تاريخ نشرها على ان يبدأ حساب هذه المدة من اول
كانون الثاني
من السنه الميلادية التي تلي تاريخ نشرها الفعلي
أ- مصنفات الانتاج السينمائي والتلفزيوني على انه في حالة عدم نشرها بموافقة صاحب الحق
خلال خمسين سنه من تاريخ انجاز
ذلك المصنف فتسري مدة الحماية من تاريخ انجازها المعتبر باول كانون الثاني من السنه
الميلادية التي تم فيها الانجاز
الفعلي للمصنف.
ب- اي مصنف يكون مؤلفه او صاحب الحق فيه شخصا معنويا.
ج- المصنف الذي ينشر لأول مرة بعد وفاة مؤلفه.
د- المصنف الذي لا يحمل اسم مؤلفه او يحمل اسما مستعارا على انه اذا كشف المؤلف عن
شخصيته خلال مدة الحماية فتبدأ
هذه المدة من تاريخ وفاة المؤلف.
