تسري أحكام هذا القانون على الوقائع والاتفاقات التي تقع أو تبرم بعد العمل به ولو كانت
متعلقة بمصنفات
نشرت أو نفذت لأول مرة قبل ذلك، على أنه عند حساب مدة الحماية لتلك المصنفات تحسب
المدة الواقعة بين سريان مدة الحماية
وتاريخ العمل بهذا القانون.
