لطالب الرخصة او التصريح الاعتراض وفق الإجراءات والمدد التي تحدد بموجب تعليمات تصدر
لهذه الغاية، في أي من الحالتين التاليتين:-
أ - صدور قرار بعدم الموافقة على منح الرخصة أو تجديدها أو منح التصريح .
ب- فرض الأمانة متطلبات مهنية لممارسة المهن بشكل يتعارض مع المتطلبات الصادرة عن
الجهة المختصة.
