Article text
أ- يعاقب بغرامة لا تقل عن عشرة دنانير ولا تزيد على مائة دينار او بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاثة
أشهر او بالعقوبتين
معاً كل من:
1 - مارس مهنة في اي محل بدون ترخيص.
2 . - غير موقع المحل الذي حددته الرخصة او غير المهنة التي صدرت بها خلافاً لأحكام هذا القانون
ب- يعاقب بغرامة لا تزيد على عشرة دنانير او بالحبس مدة اسبوعين او بكلتا العقوبتين كل من
خالف اي حكم اخر من احكام
( هذا القانون او خالف اي شرط من الشروط المشار اليها في الفقرة )ج( من المادة 4 ) من هذا
القانون.
ج- بالاضافة الى ما ورد في الفقرتين (أ و ب ) من هذه المادة يحكم باغلاق المحل الى ان
يستكمل المخالف اجراءات الترخيص
او يقوم بازالة اسباب المخالفة.
