Article 51 of Income Tax Law No. 34 of 2014
Article text
أ- لا يجوز للمحامي أن ينسحب من الدعوى الا بإذن من المحكمة وبحضور المدعي أو من يمثله 0
ب- لا يجوز للمدعي عزل المحامي إلا بحضور المدعــي أو من يمثله للإعلان عن العزل امام
المحكمة 0
ج-إذا تم الانسحاب أو العزل على الوجه المبين في الفقرة (أ) او الفقرة (ب) من هذه المادة
فتعطي المحكمة المدعي مهلة خمسة عشر يوما لتوكيل محام آخر تحت طائلة إسقاط
الدعوى.
